All applicants to the Fones School of Dental Hygiene (Master Program) must submit the following:
- $75.00 non-refundable Application Fee is required. (Check or money order made payable to the University of Bridgeport.)
- Official college transcripts from every school attended, indicating degree(s) earned and dates. Undergraduate transcripts must show clear evidence of the capacity for independent study and the ability to pursue graduate work.
- Have three (3) letters of recommendation submitted by persons who, by virtue of their occupation and/or credentials, would be considered judges of your professional potential. One of these letters must come from a licensed health care practitioner. Letters should be mailed directly to the Director of Admissions at the University of Bridgeport Health Sciences Admissions Office at the address indicated below. Recommendation forms are available and may be submitted in place of letters.
The completed application and supporting documents should be sent to Office of Admissions by the following deadlines:

Acceptance to the University of Bridgeport Fones School of Dental Hygiene is based on academic history, motivation, and consideration of character and potential within the profession.
Following a review of your academic records, you may be invited for a formal interview with the Admissions Committee.
