Ph.D Students

Ali Elrashidi

Ali received the Bachelor in communication engineering from the University of Alexandria, Egypt 2002. He got his master degree in fiber optics field in 2006 from the same university under supervision of Prof: Ali Okaz, Prof. Moustafa Hussien, and Dr: Kesk. Ali is interesting in antenna design and circuit design in RF fields. Prior to joining Ph.D in University of Bridgeport Ali worked as a demonstrator in Alexandria University for many communication courses from 2002 to 2006. He works in a project funded by US Army, to control the motion of a small projectile using two small stepper motors. Also, Ali has designed a microstip printed antenna works at 2.4 GHz and gives a high performance. Ali earned his Ph.D. degree in Spring 2012.

Mohammed Abuhelaleh

Mohammed Abuhelaleh was a full-time Ph.D. student of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Bridgeport. He worked as a lecturer for Alhusein Bin Talal Universtity/Jordan; He thought some computer science courses, in addition to college courses, like Data Structure, C++, and Computer Skills for three years. He has master degree in Computer Science from University of Bridgeport/ CT, USA, and graduated with a GPA of 3.48. Mohammed worked as Graduate Assistant for many times under Prof. Elleithy. Mohammed earned his Ph.D. degree in Spring 2011.

Syed S. Rizvi

Dr. Rizvi graduated with a Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering from University of Bridgeport, Bridgeport, CT in December 2010. He received a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology and an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Old Dominion University in 2001 and 2005, respectively. He has been working as a Permanent Faculty in EET department of ECPI College of Technology, Norfolk, VA since January 2010. From 2006 to 2009 he was with the Computer Science and Engineering department, University of Bridgeport, as an Adjunct Faculty. He is currently an affiliate member of Wireless and Mobile Communications (WMC) lab.
