Biography

Dave Benjamin, Ph.D., M.Phil. (Cantab.) is Associate Professor of Global
Development. He is faculty adviser to the UB chapter of Pi Sigma Alpha,
the national Political Science Honor Society, which has been among the
winners of the national activity grant competition in each of the last
four consecutive years. His courses include:

GLDP 511 Issues in Economic Development
GLDP 523 Corruption
GLDP 563 International Human Rights
PSCI 312 Diplomacy & Foreign Policy
IPED 215 International Human Rights
PSCI 206 Political Economy of North-South Relations

Professional Affiliations are:
International Studies Association (especially the Human Rights, and
International Law sections); American Political Science Association; and
the American Society of International Law.
