Welcome to the University of Bridgeport’s College of Public and International Affairs! We are a learning community of faculty and students who share a commitment to intercultural communication and understanding through the study of world politics, communications, religion, culture, and the social sciences. The College of Public and International Relations offers undergraduate Bachelor of Arts programs as well as the Master of Arts in Global Development and Peace.
Key underpinnings of the College of Public and International Affairs learning experience include cultural literacy, research and writing skills, foreign language study, internship opportunities, and solid academic preparation for careers in international public service.

Call for Papers for the Journal of Global Development and Peace
The Journal of Global Development and Peace is a peer-reviewed annual publication of the College of Public and International Affairs at the University of Bridgeport. The Journal has a special interest in publishing articles that address challenges to regional economic development, innovative approaches and tools for regional development, conflict analysis and resolution, and issues related to regional security.
We invite submission for the 2012 Edition. Articles should be submitted electronically to the attention of Dr. Dave Benjamin, Managing Editor of the Journal of Global Development and Peace at dbenjamin@bridgeport.edu.
