The Human Nutrition Master’s Program provides a foundation in basic and clinical nutrition that supports the successful attainment of national certification and entry into clinical practice and/or doctoral nutrition programs for graduates.

Our curriculum and faculty encourage original and critical thinking among students through self expression in classroom and online settings and through their research.

We encourage the continuance of an awareness of current trends in nutrition through relevant information sources.

We promote scientific interchange among local students and students across the nation through local and national meetings and through the online program.

We provide an opportunity for medical, naturopathic, chiropractic, and other healthcare providers to expand their practice through skills and knowledge gained from graduate studies in nutrition.

We establish a skill set in students to counsel in nutrition in a clinical setting with confidence based on the facts learned in the masters program.
