A thorough didactic curriculum combined with extensive clinical education, prepares students for the general practice of naturopathic medicine.
Through participation in clinical training at UB Clinics specialty shifts (hyperlink to teaching clinic and info on “specialty shifts”) and preceptorship, students have many opportunities to gain more knowledge and hone their skills in specific areas of naturopathic medicine.
The following areas have additional training available: pediatrics, oncology, functional medicine, women’s medicine, physical medicine, homeopathy, mind-body medicine, personalized medicine, and botanical medicine.
