Dr. Herschberger has been a member of the Faculty at UBCNM since 1999. Her entrance into the field of healthcare began with a career in Nursing, followed by a return to school to earn the ND degree at the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, OR. She joined the Faculty at UBCNM initially as an adjunct professor in the Clinic in 1999, then served as Clinic Director from 2000 to 2002, and as Associate Dean of Academics from 2002 to 2008. She has taught Homeopathy since 2001, and is currently teaching Homeopathy and Oriental Medicine in the classroom and supervising homeopathy shifts at UB Clinics.
Though her primary interest and area of expertise has been homeopathy for the past 20 years, she also completed a Master's degree in Acupuncture in 2008, and incorporates the principles of Chinese Medicine into her practice. Her leisure interests include organic gardening and photography.
